DL Lining Systems B.V. supplies and assembles various plastic materials for concrete protection in, for instance, sewage pumping stations, sewage and wastewater treatment plants, sewage pipes, tanks and cellars. Our specialists have more than 40 years of knowledge and experience in the field of prefabrication, installation, mounting, welding of various types of plastic materials. These are used to protect concrete structures against acids and alkalis, gases, corrosive liquids and chemicals.

In our factory and on site, our specialists have access to state of the art and high-tech equipment.

In order to guarantee quality, both the engineers in our factory and on site have received special training and qualifications to perform welding, leak proof testing, and completing water and gas proofing of our plastic concrete protection materials.

Material “DL T-Lining”

The “DL T- Lining” has a very high chemical resistance and has been used very successfully for over 40 years protecting concrete structures against corrosion in, for example, sewage and wastewater treatment plants (STPs and WWTPs), sewers, sewage pumping stations, drinking water reservoirs, chemical storage depots and manure storage cellars. The material is fitted with so-called T-profiles on one side and is placed on the casing in such a way that the T-profiles are embedded in the concrete after removing the casing.

The “DL-T-Lining” is produced in HDPE, PP and PVC materials.s

Material “DL Anchor Plate”

In addition to DL T-Lining, DL Lining Systems B.V. also offers “DL Anchor Plate” as concrete protection.

This is a plastic plate fitted with a large number of anchoring studs on one side.

The “DL Anchor Plate” is produced in the materials HDPE, PP and PVDF.

Material “DL-Renovation lining”

We can offer you our Renovation Lining for existing concrete constructions.

“DL Renovation Lining” is a smooth plastic sheet on both sides, which is installed on site by mechanical anchoring to the concrete in a special way using Stainless steel fasteners.

The “DL Renovation Lining” is produced in the materials HPDE, PVC, PP and PVDF.

Material “DLPHS Lining”

This material is ideal for existing and partially corroded concrete structures. “DLPHS Lining” is a permanently flexible plastic concrete protection with is applied on location by our specialist with specially designed equipment. By using a special treatment of existing structures a very strong adhesion can be achieved on virtually any surface with our “DLPHS Lining”. “DLPHS Lining” can be applied in various grades.

The selection of the product to be applied is determined after examination after the analysis of the contents and inspection of the construction.
